Eligibility Requirements:

• One-year experience working in a nursing home, hospital or qualified licensed home health agency as whichever position you are applying for (we do not accept group homes, private duty, or adult day programs)

• CPR certification

• Current Physical (within 1 year)

• Current PPD/Chest X-ray (within a year/5 yrs. for a Chest X-ray)
