Neuro-Care Home Health Agency serving New Castle County for more than 25yrs. is looking for CNAs/HHAs to provide care in New Castle County. JOB DESCRIPTION: Job opportunities for experienced CNAs/HHAs to provide care to client’s in their homes in the New Castle County area, with a specific need for those willing to work between the hours of 7am and 9pm, including every other weekend (required). Must have reliable transportation and fulfill assignments with reliability and punctuality. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance. As a Home Health Aide for Neuro-Care/Total-Care HHA you will be responsible for providing the following services to our clients: Personal Care and Assistance with ADLs & IADLs in accordance with the Care Plan Client transfers and assist with ambulation Light housekeeping services as necessary. ROM exercises as necessary Document services provided Participates in in-service trainings Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Meal Preparation and assist in feeding clients as necessary Reports and discuss any client changes with Nursing Supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates MUST have: • A minimum of one-year verifiable experience as a C.N.A./Home Health Aide in an approved hospital, nursing home, or home care setting
• A valid Delaware CNA license or HHA training certificate
• Ability to work independently
• A positive attitude with great communication, both verbal and written
• Willingness to travel from one client to another
