Applicant Rights

Applicants may request an appointment with the DHCQ for an opportunity to view (if applicable) any potentially adverse information of them, based on the Applicant Information supplied.

The Division cannot view Drug Test or Service Letters.  Only the employer, prospective employer or former employer has that information.

Applicants understand that if they believe the information provided through the BCC is inaccuate, it is the applicant's responsibility to contact the agency that maintains the data source to correct the information.  Applicants can find out the source of the data on the BCC website, or by contacting DHCQ at 302-421-7405.
